This restaurant offers great lunch specials. Crab cakes were meaty with little filler but lackluster. Shrimp Cocktail, She Crab Soup, Baby Bib Salad, Blackened Stake Bites, Oysters Rockefeller, Seared Sesame Tuna, Appetizer Soup and Salad at our table, all fantastically delicious. It all presented and paired nicely. The soup rich and heavy.
I had the Mahi Fish Tacos, blackened. However, they were stingy with the whisky sauce that complemented it. It is one crab cake broken up. I have been wanting to try. Very impressed with the new location! A server arrived maybe 15 minutes after we were sat and things ran smoothly from there. Shared a bowl of clam chowder with my wife. We strive to be fair and accurate in our reporting.
For dessert, we had bread pudding. The seaside fettuccini is really egg noodles out of a bag and half the shells for the clams and mussels were cracked. It's way good, way filling, and way worth the price. Rated I wish I liked it better, as I'm dragged here on a monthly basis. The shrimp and grits were creamy and the bits of ham were a nice touch. Everyone was super pleasant as we were leaving and wished us a nice evening.
Little did we know that 30 minutes would turn into an hour and a half before we would decide to walk out, extremely annoyed and very hungry. Glad I did it as a share. My wife thinks it comes from being raised an only child? Dined here for a birthday celebration and it was pretty nice. We started with the Oysters Rock were decent. The pickled red onion on top of the steak was a pleasant surprise. Overall, this was a terrible experience and we will absolutely not be wasting our time there again. My waitress service was outstanding! Mediocre food and drinks at a high price.
The steak was perfect and the broccolini were delicious. You want to pull into the Market Place mall. Food is frequently undercooked, and there's nothing too imaginative on the menu. My mouth is watering writing this and we just ate! The decor in the restaurant is very simple and the service was fine. Regardless, it wasn't a dealbreaker since it was simply a staffing issue.
I had pan seared salmon with roasted broccolini and risotto. Tiffany asked how was everything. Don't see how we can go wrong! Customer service is great; we were checked on often and felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. The crab stuffed shrimp with hollandaise had lots of tasty fresh blue crab and a yummy hollandaise. Just speak with a member of our staff for details. She came back with a positive report and after thanking her a dozen times I ordered the she crab soup and mussels.
Had both the kind crab and snow crab leg add on. The food was wonderfully amazing, Fresh as can be. I just wanted to frame this work of art. My wife, daughter and I tried it for the 1st not the last time this past weekend. Very nice New England style! The pickled red onion on top of the steak was a pleasant surprise. Our server John was on point, Helpful as he explained the menu, attentive to our needs, never had a empty glass at our table. Have been several times with a great experience.
It looked so good I didn't want to stop taking pics but for you guys I had to sample this. Throughout this hour and a half wait to never be seated the hostess would periodically pass us at the bar and report that our table would be ready very soon, all while at least a half dozen other parties were being seated, with the last one being a ten person party. In turn, we ask that you remain civil and open-minded in your responses. The service was on point as well. I could eat that every hour. Overall, it's a great place for lunch and has an open ambiance. The Risotto instead of potatoes was a great upgrade! Not sure what was different about tonight, but it's too much money to spend for bad food.
